your order is just right. When you are not happy with your purchase for any
reason, simply return it within 30 days for an exchange or full refund. We are

Candeo Diamonds is proud to provide free
return shipping on all rings, loose diamonds and loose gemstone
orders.
Within 15 days of shipment to our Indian customers,
we also offer a complimentary resizing for our regular ring
models with free delivery on both sides. Please notice that due to their
construction, our eternity rings can not be resized. Custom, modified and
etched rings are subject to resized charges. Outside the 30-day free resized
period, rings may be resized for a fee if they fall beyond the specified size
range of jewelers. Candeo Diamonds provides a free re-sizing for our antique
rings, within the size range indicated online for each ring. To order to
preserve structural integrity, certain antique rings and rings to our
Extraordinary Collection are only sold if they are resized. Vintage or
Extraordinary rings that are eventually sold when resized are clearly labelled
when the ring size is picked. When you re-size your ring at the time of
delivery, all future re-sizes will be subject to fees. On shipments delivered
outside the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia, we do not
provide free ring resizing or free returns due to possible taxes being imposed.

Due to their personal existence, the following instructions are non-returnable:
Things that have been modified, etched or resized; things that have previously
been exchanged; and custom jewelry. When the item is returned for refund or
cancelled during processing, the next order will be available for exchange.
Changes to orders currently underway are void of a reciprocal resize, return
and swap policy. If you have a specific request for a later delivery date, our
30-day return / exchange period will begin on the day that your order was first
available for shipment. Likewise, if you intend to pick up your ring from one
of our showrooms, our 30-day return / exchange period will begin on the day
that your order is ready for pick-up.
How to Return an Order
1. Obtain the Return Shipping Authorization
Code: Please call us at +91 9169169696 to obtain a return shipping authorization code. Write your return shipping
authorization code on the exterior of the box you are returning.
2. Packing your order: On all returns
and exchanges, carry the initial packaging and associated items, including the
packing slip and all diamond certificates (an extra fee per certificate would
be paid otherwise). Your Candeo Diamonds Jewelry Cleaner is complimentary;
please keep it as a token of our appreciation. Do not include original
certificates and supporting documents for re-sizes. Do not write rings,
diamonds or other similar terms anywhere on the box for security purposes.
4. If you want to use a different shipping
process, you can send it back to any carrier. For your security,
please ship your item completely insured, sign it, and request a return receipt
to confirm that your shipment has reached Candeo Diamonds. Candeo Diamonds is
not responsible for missing or damaged products during delivery.
Refund Process
Upon receipt of the returned order, our Quality
Assurance Department will inspect and check the condition of the item. Returns
shall take approximately seven business days to be processed upon receipt of
the item. Refunds shall be made using the form of payment used in the initial
transaction or by verifying whether the initial method of payment was bank
wire, cash or any other payments requiring special processing. Global bank wire
payments will be refunded in USD depending on the exchange rate at the time of
payment. Candeo Diamonds shall not be liable for variations in the volume of
foreign currency refund due to exchange rate fluctuations between the time of
purchase and refund. Candeo Diamonds shall not be responsible for any foreign
exchange or other fees paid by the financial institution of the consumer. With
all credit card refunds, please give one monthly billing period with your
credit to appear.
Shipments without a return shipping authorization
number or shipments which have been denied delivery will not be approved for
refund and will be subject to a minimum refund fee of $50. Return shipping
authorisations are valid for seven days from the date of issue and the
shipments must be delivered within the active time of the return shipping authorisation.

All refund requests must be made in writing via e-mail or fax. Those returns
displaying signs of wear or those that have been signed, changed, resized or
